Where are the Randolph playful pubs located?
Our 8 locations are located in Montreal (Latin Quarter and Rosemont), Laval (Centropolis), Repentigny, Trois-Rivières, Brossard (DIX30), Quebec City and Saint-Jérôme.
What are the opening hours?
Our pubs are open in the evenings on weekdays, and on Saturday and Sunday afternoons and evenings. We also often open during the day on holidays and during breaks, the holiday season, March break, and the construction holidays!
For the exact and up-to-date hours of your location, the time slots available on our reservation page are always the most reliable information.
How much is a night out?
A $9.50 + tax per person activity fee gives you access to our entire game collection and tips from our game hosts.
Then, depending on your tastes and budget for food and drinks, our menus are designed to complement a great game night!
Generally, our customers plan for a meal or a few dishes to share and one or two drinks, which makes for a complete evening at around $35 + tax and tip per person. For your information: The tip is shared among the entire team of game hosts, bartenders, cooks, and servers.

Can I come and play without buying anything?
The $9.50 + tax entertainment fee is the only mandatory charge. That said, we have plenty of affordable options to complement your evening: a snack, a drink, or a non-alcoholic cocktail!
Menu
How long does a visit last?
Visits last an average of about 3 hours. Reservations are for a 4-hour block, allowing you to play freely, try several games, and fully enjoy the evening. During busy periods, a maximum stay of 4 hours may apply to ensure access for as many people as possible.
Can I book?
Reservations are highly recommended to guarantee your spot! They also help us anticipate crowds and staff accordingly, so everyone wins with a better experience!
For groups of more than 16 people, we offer group entertainment and team-building packages tailored to your needs. Contact your pub directly to discuss the options! (Large group private experience → Our pubs)
Can I come to the pub with children or my one-month-old baby?
Minors are welcome at all times at 6 of our locations, namely Randolph Pub Ludique DIX30 (Brossard), Quebec City, Repentigny, Rosemont (Montreal), Trois-Rivières, and Saint-Jérôme, which hold restaurant licenses. We recommend a minimum age of 6 to fully enjoy the experience and play as a family! Minors must be accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian.
The Randolph Pub Ludique Centropolis and Quartier Latin locations also welcome minors, but exclusively on the patio and until 10 p.m. at the latest, due to their bar licenses.
The kids' activity program is $6.50 + tax for children aged 10 and under, and we also have special family promotions—go take a look!

It's my birthday! I'm coming to one of the fun pubs with some friends and I'd like to bring a birthday cake. Is that possible?
Outside food is generally not allowed. The only exception we can make (because it’s your special day!) is a cake. Contact the pub before booking to discuss the details, which will usually include a small surcharge for cutlery.

Promotions
I love your menu, but since I come every day, I'd like to go somewhere else for dinner this time and come back to the pub afterwards, is that possible?
You are obviously free to have dinner wherever you like… however, “He who goes hunting loses his place!” If you leave the pub and then return, you will have to pay the $9.50 + tax entertainment fee per person again.

I'd like to organize a special evening at the Randolph, how can I do that?
We welcome large groups for all kinds of occasions: fundraisers, office parties, birthdays, end-of-season parties, and more! Special rates apply.
We also offer turnkey corporate activities that make the most of Randolph's expertise and foster team spirit... and plenty of fun.
I love your concept and would like to have an entertainer for my special event outside the pub. Is that possible?
YES! Our entertainment team can come to you: to a home, office, bar, restaurant, festival, or library! We provide the games and a team of entertainers for all kinds of occasions!
But can I also run my entertainment activity in a gaming pub?
Of course! No problem!
